CURRENT VACANCY: PRODUCTION MANAGER
Erth is seeking an experienced Production Manager to join the company on a contract basis from September to October 2026, with the potential for the contract to be extended.
Working closely with the Artistic Director, Executive Director, Head of Design and Producer, the Production Manager will oversee the planning and delivery of productions, rehearsals, technical operations, logistics and touring requirements. The role requires an organised and proactive individual who can balance creative ambition with practical production management while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule and within budget.
This is a hands-on role based at Erth's Marrickville workshop, with work across rehearsal and performance venues and the opportunity to tour as required. Applicants should have demonstrated experience in theatre production management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a collaborative approach to working with artists, technicians and production teams.
